The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2 (ESV)

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Many people ask what year-round staff do when camp is not in session and the answer is ... a lot! Right now we're preparing for camper registration to open on December 1st - woohoo! Megan is on maternity leave with her new baby daughter and Hannah and I are planning trips for the year to recruit campers, staff, and Cedarbrook Partners.

Our year-end fundraising letter will arrive in your mailbox soon! We rely on the generous support of our Cedarbrook Family to maintain a quality camp program and staff. Please consider investing in the next generation through a special gift to camp this year-end. You can set up a recurring or one-time gift online today.

While the work looks very different in the off-season, the mission is still the same - to reach the Next Generation of girls for Jesus and we couldn't be more committed!

Please read on for more news and ways you can support our ministry in the last two months of 2021.

In Christ,

Amy "Ellie" Culhane
Executive Director
TWE Equestrian Immersion
We're excited to add a new equestrian option during our Two Week Experience. This program will take place during both afternoon activities and half of free time and is for girls who want to go deeper in their horse learning and riding. Check out our website to find out more!

Lease Our Horse
We're looking for a new family to lease our horse, Versailles, next off-season (2022-23). If you have wondered what it's like to own a horse, but aren't ready for commitment, this is a great opportunity! See our website for more details.
The Board of Directors met virtually and in-person on October 16th at Loudonville Community Church for their first meeting of the fiscal year. They heard reports on summer 2021 including results from the parent and staff surveys. In looking ahead, the board continued to refine their policies and ensure that camp is meeting its goals.

Many thanks to Colleen Heinze and Becky Schorling who concluded their board terms at this meeting. They represent a combined 12 years on the board and we value their service to camp!
The staff application is open! Will you join our team? We're looking for counselors, support, and activities staff. Spread the word!
