FAQs
We are so excited to see you!
If you have questions, please reach out to Sarah “Raven” Vanacore (sarahmvanacore@gmail.com) or Nadine “Nay” Jascor (nadinejascor@gmail.com).
-
Camper, staff, and volunteer alumni, as well as friends of Cedarbrook and their families, are all welcome to attend!
-
Attendees will stay in camper cabins or platform tents equipped with bunk beds and no electricity. Nearby washhouses are equipped with electricity, bathrooms, and showers. We will do our best to house families together; however, due to limited space, married couples will be housed separately by gender.
Please note that special accommodations for housing (such as wheelchair accessibility, electricity, or air conditioning) are not available. For those seeking alternative lodging options, we are arranging block rooms at a local motel.
Rooms are available to book at the Motel Luzerne using the code “CCB” for a block rate.
Important Terrain Information:
Camp’s natural terrain includes rocks, roots, and uneven ground. Participants should be able to navigate camp independently and with care. Please keep this in mind as you plan your visit. -
Arrival: Friday, June 6, between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. A camp tour and games will be available before dinner at 6:15 pm.
Departure: Sunday morning, June 8, following Goodbye Circle at 11:00 am. Please pack up before Goodbye Circle and depart shortly afterward so staff can prepare for pre-camp.

Yes! A full schedule will be shared in May. Expect traditional camp favorites like the waterfront, archery, crafts, cookouts, and songfests. All activities are optional, so feel free to participate as much or as little as you’d like.
-
A detailed packing list will be shared in May. For now, plan to bring:
Yourself and your singing voice!
Any photos or mementos from camp you’d like to share.
-
Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the reunion. We will, however, offer some kid-only activities and small group Bible Ex for children on Saturday morning. Activity sign-ups will be available in CampInTouch, and age restrictions may apply to certain activities. Additionally, childcare for children under six will be provided during select activity blocks.
-
Cell phone service at camp is unreliable, and guest Wi-Fi is limited. We encourage you to unplug—leave your phone in your cabin or tent and immerse yourself in camp’s natural beauty and community!
-
No pets are allowed.
Reconnect with old and new friends, swap stories, start new ones, learn more about what’s going on at Cedarbrook!
