If you've followed along with us this summer, you know that this was a big year for Camp Cedarbrook - we had seven weeks of camp and our largest camper numbers since 2009! We were so blessed by God's faithfulness in providing an amazing staff, fun campers, program safety, and overall just a great summer.
On top of all this, we launched our first capital campaign in over 15 years for our new Health Hut and staff family cabins. We have seen a great response and are still working with the Adirondack Park on the approval process - pray that this keeps moving forward so we can commence construction this spring!
Unfortunately, our Next Generation Fund has seen a significant dip in donations resulting in a budget shortfall of $50,000. Will you help us close this gap?Our fiscal year ends September 30 and we want to finish strong so we can go into 2023 with a firm financial foundation.
The Next Generation fund supports just about everything in camp - program, facilities, staff salaries, food, you name it! And if your budget was anything like ours, you saw prices going up this summer. We also had increased expenses in staff appreciation, horsemanship, and maintenance.
