‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
Matthew 22:37-40 NIV

We’re opening up buildings and dusting off cobwebs to get ready for campers! This is a very exciting time of year.

I am acutely aware that the work we undertake is challenging, and every time we step out in faith, we become targets. The enemy seeks to dismantle our ministry through various means such as gossip, illness, discouragement, adverse weather, financial struggles, and more. I humbly request your prayers for our team as we endeavor to empower the next generation of young girls to embrace their faith in Jesus. What an extraordinary opportunity lies before us!

Some specific ways you can support Cedarbrook this time of year:

  • Continue to pray for camp everyday through our 40 days of prayer ending June 5 when staff arrive!

  • Give to our scholarship fund. We still need at least $5,000 to meet the current needs of campers.

  • Come up to camp for our Memorial Day Work Weekend (May 24-27)! Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome. Sign up here.

It’s not too late to join our summer staff team - we’re still looking for two counselors, a special diets cook, and an assistant nurse. Spread the word!

In Christ,

Amy “Ellie” Culhane
Executive Director

Thank you, Pine Knolls!

We had an amazing morning with a hearty crew that showed up and showed us genuine love! Pine Knolls Church worked on assembling new Pathfinder bunks, ripping out the old ones, cleaning the kitchen, clearing brush, and more!

We still have space in most of our sessions, so sign up today! The following sessions have limited availability (as of 5/8):

You can find more details and information on our website.
