“The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin,” Exodus 34:6-7

The leaves are falling and Davignon Pond is low…time to think about summer again!

We are pleased to announce our dates for Summer 2024!

You can find out more details and information about special programs on our website.

Our fiscal year began October 1 with a fresh new budget - I love this time of year! We praise God that our deficit from last year was covered by generous donations. As we seek to maintain our quality camp program and staff, we will continue to need financial partners to fund this mission. Please be on the lookout for our year-end appeal and I pray that you will consider supporting Cedarbrook financially!

In Christ,

Amy “Ellie” Culhane
Executive Director

Staff Application is Open!

The staff team is already coming together! Help us find the most amazing staff to join us!

One staff member wrote on her survey:

“I would tell any future staff that they should one hundred percent work at Cedarbrook. It is an incredible experience that can't be replicated anywhere else. It is more than a job.”

If you know someone who is committed to Christ and wants to invest in the next generation of Godly women at camp next summer, send her our way!

Summer 2023 Parent Survey Highlights

We had 75 parents (representing 94 campers) fill out our survey. We love feedback! Here are some highlights:

  • 96% said their goal for sending their daughter to Cedarbrook was achieved

  • 98.7% were  satisfied with their daughter’s experience

  • 93.3% plan on sending their daughter back!

One parent wrote:

“When we picked her up after her first week last year we could see a literal physical change in the way she carried herself. This year she went for 2 weeks and could not have been happier.”

The Board of Directors met at Loudonville Community Church on Saturday, October 14. They received reports from Amy on the summer including parent and staff survey results. The board continued their work on ends policies, governance, and assigning tasks related to engaging with our ownership. We would like to thank Danielle Hedgepeth and Ron Hadley for their service to the Board of Directors as they ended their terms. The Board welcomed new member Cay Hanley at this meeting.
