Single Week: $750

Single Week (Pathfinders): $725

Two Week Experience: $1,500

CILT/LEAD: $1,500

Wilderness Trips: $855

Service Crew: $150 (registration fee) per week

A $150 deposit per week is due upon registration for all camper programs including Service Crew.

Financial Assistance for a Week at Camp

Through the generosity of the friends of Camp Cedarbrook, limited need-based scholarships are available to girls who attend one week only and are available by application. The camper must register for camp, pay the registration fee to secure a week, and complete the written application (found in CampInTouch). The Scholarship Committee prayerfully considers each application. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The deposit will be returned to you if scholarship aid is insufficient.

Discounts

Additional Child: $100 off camper registration (Split between two campers, $50 each)

Scholarships: Available to all based on need of the family. Please register first and pay the deposit. Then the scholarship application will be available in the forms/documents page on CampMinder CampInTouch. If scholarship aid is insufficient, the deposit will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Registration fee (deposit) is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional payments will be refunded for cancellations that occur no later than four weeks before the start of the session.

We do not offer refunds for inability to complete the camp program including reasons such as homesickness, illness, or any other extenuating circumstances.

Late Registration (after June 1), must sign up and pay in full by Wednesday at 12pm before Sunday of session.
